This article summarizes where to access and how to use the ACORD PowerPoint Templates.

Prerequisites:

1. Connect to VPN.
2. Run the "acordscript" on your desktop.
3. Navigate to the following directory:
   • R:\Communications\ACORD_Resources\Templates & Letterheads\PPT templates
   • You can save a copy of these templates to another folder for easier access.

In PowerPoint:

1. Navigate to the "Design" tab up top.
2. Click the theme drop down menu in the ribbon.
3. Select "Browse for Themes".
4. Select the PowerPoint template you wish to use in your presentation.
