A booking page provides a streamlined and professional way for others to schedule time with you based on your availability. It eliminates the back-and-forth of coordinating meetings by allowing users to view open time slots and book appointments directly.
This tool can be configured for both internal and external use—enabling colleagues, clients, or partners to easily request time with you while respecting your defined availability and preferences. It enhances efficiency, improves communication, and ensures a consistent scheduling experience across audiences.
- Login to your office365 account online via https://outlook.office365.com and click the Apps Icon
- Click Bookings
3. Create bookings page
4. Create from scratch
5. Enter the name of your page. Example: Leo's Calendar
6. Add logo
7. Business type
8. Business hours
9. Click Next

12. Service Name: same as duration
13. Service duration: adjust as needed
14. Work Week: adjust as needed
15. Time: Set your work time. This was done in a previous step.
16. Check: Make this a Teams Meeting
17. Update Service

19. Select People in my organization if you prefer this Bookings Page to be available only to internal staff.
20. Select Anyone if you prefer this booking page to be available to internal and external recipients.
21. Click Create
22. The page is now created. Click Get Started to complete some additional steps.
23. Click Bookings Page
24. Default Scheduling Policy. Here you can set the meeting increments, set minimum and maximum lead time.

27. Enter the following color number for the corresponding:
- ACORD: #00508F
- ASG: #183D81
28. Scroll to the top of the page and click Save.
29. Click the Copy icon to paste onto Outlook Signature
Note: To avoid inconsistencies with availability, ensure the schedule is the same in the following two locations.
- Booking page > Default Scheduling Policy
- Services > Edit Service > Availability Options
