This article summarizes how to set up an Email Signature in Outlook (classic).

Open Outlook, and go to File > Options > Mail > Signatures.

Click the "E-mail account" dropdown menu near the top of the window, check both your registered email address and "signatures on this device" for any signatures currently saved to your Outlook.
If a signature is saved you will be able to select it in the "Select signature to edit" section and see a preview of it in the "Edit signature" section. Make any necessary adjustments like job title changes to the preview, and click "Save".

Choose from the dropdown menus which available signature you'd like to use for New messages and Replies/forwards. Then click "OK". You have successfully updated your Outlook (classic) Signature.
- If you do not see any saved signatures you will have to create a new one from scratch.
- Select your ACORD email from the E-mail account dropdown.
- Click "New" to the right of the window and name your signature with your first and last name.
- Make sure you are connected to VPN and have ran the "acordscript" on your desktop to gain access to the R Drive.
- Navigate to this folder R:\Communications\Conference Rooms\Community Room\Helpdesk R Drive\signature set-up
- Open up the "ACORD_EmailSignature_2023" file and copy the correct template based on your location and if you are employed by ACORD or ASG.
- Paste the template into the "Edit signature" box in Outlook and fill in your information while keeping the formatting and fonts the same. Remember to save and set your default signature.

NOTE: If the signature is not pasting into the box correctly try these alternative methods.
- Save a copy of the signature template file and make adjustments directly in Word. Then copy the signature, and in Outlook right click and select the third "Paste Option" Picture. Remember to save and set your default signature.
