- If you are missing multiple green checks your computer or Amazon Workspaces client may require an update.
- If applicable take a screenshot before updating and another after to compare improvements in network health:

- After downloading the latest Amazon Workspaces Client launch it to install the application for the first time, repair your existing client, or remove your client in preparation for a fresh installation.

Check Task Manager
- Open the Windows Start menu within your Amazon Workspace and search for "Task Manager". Open the program and observe how much of your machine's resources are being used. Request Reboot
