If an application is not working, crashing or missing updates, follow the below steps:
Step 1: Restart the Laptop
- Click Start > Power > Restart
- Open the app again to see if the issue is fixed
Step 2: Check for Software Updates
- Open the app
- Go to Help > Check for updates (if available)
- Install updates & restart the app
Step 3: Repair the App
- Click Start > Settings > Apps > Installed apps
- Find the problematic app, click Modify or Advanced Options, then select Repair
Step 4: Reinstall the App
