How to Share Laptop Display to TV Screen in ASG Large Conference Room:

• Turn on TV via Remote Control
• On your laptop, press Windows Logo Key    + K
• Select "Small Conference Room" 

• • Use either the Owl or Star Phone. Do not use both together.

Star Phone – Audio Conferencing Only

• Reserve the room via Outlook (set Location to ASG-SmallConference Room)
• If meeting is not visible via Star Phone, have Teams call the room
  • On your laptop, select Phone Audio from Join Meeting Window
  • Enter ASG – Small Conference Room # 845-535-6317
