How to Share Laptop Display to TV Screen in ASG Large Conference Room:

• Turn on TV via Remote Control
• On your laptop, press Windows Logo Key     +  K
• Select "Large Conference Room" 

• • Use either the Owl or Star Phone. Do not use both together.

Owl Conference Device – Audio and Video Conferencing – This is Preferred – The Owl will automatically pan camera on whomever is speaking. Try it!

• Connect to the laptop using the Owl's USB-C cable.

1. On your laptop, turn on Camera.
2. Select Computer Audio.
3. Select Meeting Owl as Speaker, Microphone and Camera Device in Teams Meeting Settings.

Star Phone – Audio Conferencing Only

• Reserve the room via Outlook (set Location to ASG-Large Conference Room)
• If meeting is not visible via Star Phone, have Teams call the room
  • • On your laptop, select Phone Audio from Join Meeting Window
    • Enter ASG – Large Conference Room # 845-535-6316
