If you need to reset your AWS Workspace MFA, follow the below steps.
1. Submit a ticket or email helpdesk@acord.org to request an MFA reset.
Be sure to include relevant details and the reason for the request (e.g., you received a new mobile device).
2. Download and Install the Microsoft Authenticator App on your mobile device. Refer to the app icon below.
3. You will receive an external "Duo Security Enrollment" email from no-reply@duosecurity.com. Click the link and follow set-up instructions.
4. Input the below information when prompted:
AWS Workspace Registration Code: SLiad+59C2AL
Username: (username sent in Welcome to ASG email)
Password: same password used for Office 365
MFA Code: code generated by Microsoft Authenticator
1. Follow instructions below if you cannot install DUO app and prefer DUO code text instead.
At the 5th step, click on "Email me an activation link instead".
2. Click on the activation link in the email.
3. Click "Activate Duo Mobile"
4. Follow steps below:
1. Workspace Username: (username sent in Welcome to ASG email)
2. Workspace Password: the same password used for Office 365
3. MFA Code: sms
4. Click Sign in
5. The sign in will fail but you should receive a text with a DUO MFA code
6. Enter that code in the MFA Code box and click sign in
