If your password has not expired yet, you may follow the instructions below.
If you password has already expired, reach out to ACORD Helpdesk by submitting a ticket via https://acordhelpdesk.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new or emailing helpdesk@acord.org to reset your password.
Keep in mind: Your password expires every 90 days. You should receive 12 emails from administrator@acordsolutions.com warning about your password expiration. Please make sure you have not set any outlook rules for this email.
Instructions:
If you're using a workspace:
Go to the password reset site available on your workspace to reset your password.

If you're working remotely (on a laptop):
Ensure you are connected to the VPN and online.
Press CTRL+ALT+DEL to change your password.
After resetting, press Win+L to lock your screen, and then unlock it using your new password to sync all systems.
If you're in the US/UK offices:
You don't need to be connected to the VPN.
Press CTRL+ALT+DEL to change your password.
After resetting, press Win+L to lock your screen, and then unlock it using your new password to sync all systems.
After successfully resetting your password, you will need to authenticate using the Microsoft Authenticator App on your mobile device.
