You can set up your work email in Outlook on your personal mobile device by following these simple steps:
1. Download the Microsoft Outlook app on your mobile device.
2. Login using your @acord.org or @acordsolutions.com email and password. The ACORD Helpdesk will be notified upon login and the request will be temporarily quarantined.
3. We will contact you to verify you are attempting to access corporate email on your device.
4. After verification, we will create a helpdesk ticket and send you the ACORD Mobile Device Policy. Please review the policy, and if you agree with the terms and conditions, notify the helpdesk.
5. Upon receiving your agreement, we will remove the quarantine and your emails will begin syncing to Outlook on your device.
If you choose not to proceed or do not agree with the policy's terms, the Helpdesk will block emails from appearing in Outlook on your mobile device.
