We are pleased to introduce the ACORD Help Desk Chat Bot, a self‑service support resource available through the ACORD Help Center.
Look for the ACORD Help Center icon on your desktop! Simply double-click it to go directly to the Help Center website, where you can access the Chat Bot anytime for quick self-service support.

The Chat Bot is designed to answer frequently asked IT questions. During ACORD Help Desk off-hours, the Chat Bot should become your first point of contact for technical inquiries.
The Chat Bot contains information on a wide range of topics, including—but not limited to:
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft OneDrive
- AWS WorkSpaces
- Hardware Troubleshooting
- Guest Wi‑Fi Access
- Company Password Resets
- Distribution Lists
If unable to solve your issue, the Chat Bot will automatically create an ACORD Help Desk ticket on your behalf.
Tickets will include a full transcript of the interaction, allowing the Help Desk pick up where the Chat Bot left off when we are next online.
We will continue to expand and improve the Chat Bot’s knowledge base over time. We encourage you to use this tool as an additional support resource.
