Submit a ticket with ACORD Helpdesk to provide you with any of the below IT equipment (pending HR and management approval).
- Monitors – Additional or replacement monitors
- Keyboards and Mice
- Headsets
- Docking Stations – For connecting multiple peripherals
- Cables/Adapters – HDMI, Ethernet, USB-C, or other specific cables
Replacement Policy for Laptops and other Equipment
If you need a replacement for a laptop or any other IT equipment, follow the instructions below:
1. Contact ACORD Helpdesk
- Submit a ticket through this link https://acordhelpdesk.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new or email helpdesk@acord.org.
- Provide reasoning and other important information for device replacement.
2. What happens next?
- The Helpdesk will review your request and assess the functionality of your current device.
- If the device is damaged or no longer operational, the Helpdesk will provide a loaner device while your current device is being repaired.
- You will be kept informed about the progress and any next steps throughout the process.
