Microsoft Teams now offers automatic options to streamline meeting documentation:
- Facilitator: Helps organize, take notes, and keep meetings on track.
- Record and Transcribe Automatically: Enables meeting recording and generates a transcript for easy reference.
You can enable these features when scheduling a meeting in Outlook by using the “Set up your Teams meeting” panel on the right-hand side. Simply toggle the options as needed before sending the invite.
Tip: If you don’t see this panel, click on “Setup” under the Teams Meeting section in your meeting invite to access these options.
