How to Access AppRiver Spam
1. Go to https://cp.appriver.com/services/spamlab/
2. Enter your email address and click Continue
3. If you experience login issues, contact ACORD Help Desk Support
Navigating AppRiver: Key Features
Email Security Dashboard
- AppRiver helps protect your email by filtering out spam, phishing, and malicious attachments.
- The Email Threat Protection dashboard shows a summary of your email filtering status and quarantined emails
- Actions You Can Take:

- View Quarantined Emails: You can check for any emails that were flagged as suspicious (Spam or Malware)
- Release an Email: If you believe a legitimate email was flagged incorrectly, you can release it from quarantine and it will appear in your Outlook inbox

Daily Quarantined Message Reports
- Every day at 5:00am, all staff receive a Quarantined Message Report email
- This report lists any emails that were flagged as potentially dangerous, such as spam or phishing attempts.
- You can take action on these messages by

- Releasing emails you believe are legit
- Delete emails you believe are spam or a threat
- Leaving them as-is if you don't wish to take action
