I wanted to send a quick update about submitting IT requests, so you can be sure your needs are routed to the right place and handled as quickly as possible. Please take a moment to review the updated guidance below.
There are now three main tracks for support:
• ACORD Help Desk (helpdesk@acord.org) — This covers general IT support, including hardware and software issues, access requests, ACORD application requests, ACORD website requests, and more.
• ASG Support (Portal submission) — Reach out here for anything related to ASG products and platforms.
• Infrastructure Requests (Jira Tickets) — Use this path for AWS infrastructure and environment-level requests.
