Microsoft has released important security updates that will soon be installed on your computers. These updates address 63 security flaws, including one that attackers are actively exploiting.

Here’s what’s being fixed, explained in simple terms:

• 29 privilege issues – These are weaknesses that could let hackers gain extra permissions they shouldn’t have, like unlocking admin-level access.
• 16 remote code execution flaws – These could allow attackers to run harmful programs on a computer without your knowledge.
• 11 information leaks – These are gaps that could expose sensitive data to the wrong people.
• Other fixes include preventing system crashes and blocking tricks hackers use to bypass security checks.

What to expect:

• Our Endpoint Central system will automatically deploy these updates to your devices.
• When the updates are ready, you’ll see a prompt asking you to restart your computer. Please restart promptly so the updates can finish installing.

These updates help keep your computer and our organization safe from cyber threats.
