As we continue to embrace AI tools to improve productivity and innovation, we want to remind everyone of an important guideline that has been in place since Microsoft Copilot 365 became available:

If you are entering any ACORD or ASG-related information into AI prompts, you must use Microsoft Copilot.

Copilot is integrated with our security and compliance framework, ensuring that sensitive data remains protected. Using external AI tools for ACORD/ASG data is not permitted. This helps safeguard our intellectual property and maintain data integrity.

Work Tab vs. Web Tab

When using Copilot, please note the difference between the two tabs:

• Work Tab: Searches and generates responses using your organization’s secure Microsoft 365 data (emails, documents, Teams chats, etc.). This is the tab you should use for anything involving ACORD/ASG information.
• Web Tab: Pulls information from the public internet. Use this only for general research or non-sensitive queries.
